Directory of entire school
We have two Children's House classrooms which mix outdoors and a lot of siblings in different levels- Elementary, CH, Nido, and YCC. Our parent community has always had a directory of all children's contacts so they can have playdates between classes and arrange school events. Is it possible to have an option for parents to see all class contact information, not just their own? We are spending a lot of time contacting parents for other parents since moving to this system and losing our previous whole school directory.
We have schools that want this to go in opposite directions! What we can do now is download the entire school’s information as a spreadsheet. Then you can customize what info is and isn’t there for parents and distribute as you see fit.

Is there a way to make this an option for the administrators of Transparent Classroom accounts to opt-in or opt-out of sharing a whole school directory? It's quite inconvenient to have to download and distribute a spreadsheet for families when they could just be able to click through on TC!

As a small school (less than 20 children), spanning Toddler to Elementary lessons, I also would like an entire school option for 2 reasons.
1. They are all classmates in our school (they spend considerable time together), but they have different lesson groups. Right now, I've lumped them all into a 3-6 group. Toddlers just don't get many lessons tagged with #. However, the 1 elementary child (6 yr old), needs the separate lesson group, and therefore it looks like he's all alone.
2. Parents sign in using a small iPad. They're often in a rush, holding babies, and have fat fingers. Since 20 children fit fairly well on the screen, and it's still easy to find each child, I'd rather keep everyone together then give the parents another button to fumble through (to change to their "class"). The extra 2 taps (button & dropdown) on a small UI, adds a lot of frustration.
That being said, if we get larger (40+ children) I would like each class directory to be separate, as it is now. However, separate doesn't make sense in our situation.
