Export Form Data to a spreadsheet
I would like to make a permissions form like "Can we apply bug spray to your child?" or "Can we apply sunblock" or "Do we have permission to use your child's photo on Facebook?" etc...I would like to be able to export the form and see ALL the responses so I can post it in each class for the guides.

You can do this today. Please feel free to watch our forms tutorial video ([Help] > [Tutorials]). Once you’ve assigned a form like this to parents, and they have filled it out, you can go to form responses and download it as a spreadsheet into excel. Good luck!
