You add dates to when the lesson was presented last.
Dates on when each presentation was done. You should be able to have a find button to find any comments you made about that particular presentation. Also you should be able to go to plan and progress and click on that child's presentation to see all the notes you made about it.

This already exists. Click on a lesson name to see all detail about that lesson. On the progress & plan page, right click on a square, and click the ‘…’ to see dates + comments about that child with that lesson.
