Emails to parents should be sent from classroom email address, not a school email address
This would more easily allow a dialogue between parents and teachers, if parents choose to reply to the email,
You can update the email address for notifications by going to [Admin] > [Notifications] > [Classroom Emails]. Once you have set classroom emails, you can then return to the [Notifications] page and select “Classroom email” instead of “School email”

We use classroom email addresses (to be sure both teachers see the response), so it would also be nice to enter the "reply to" address so we could have responses to the classroom email address (instead of 1 teacher or admin).

*** Just to clarify - we need the parents to be able to reply directly to the teacher!

This is so important for us to make the full shift to using TC as a communication tool with current parents.

This would be a great help. Thank you!

Sending replies directly to the educator would be tremendously helpful. We have over 600 students at 2 different sites, and it is not efficient in its current set-up.

I send many emails to my tiddlermparents and I feel that direct email contact with the classroom is important. If all are sent to the school email, there are too much traffic and more school related emails will get missed or deleted or lost.
