Ability to look-up/reference all the lessons given/observations entered on a specific date
Similar to the "under review" idea for being able to jump to a date instead of scrolling through. This idea is similar to being able to being able to see who all has received lessons on a particular material, or all the lessons a child has been given. This is just being able to view all the lessons entered on a specific date across materials and children. The purpose is for teachers to be able to get a snapshot of what a day looked like, what was going on that day, amount of lessons given and who lessons are given…

Share or transfer photographs between classrooms
Right now if a teacher takes a photograph, there is not an option to transfer that photo into another teacher's classroom or to tag a child from another classroom.

Make it possible to create staff portfolios
If staff were able to add lessons presented to a portfolio of their own work it would make it easier to review their teaching to support professional development. It would also be useful as a tool to share with managers for appraisals, or tutors when trainee teachers are presenting lessons.

Different application form depending on level and time of year (summer camp)
Hi,
We think it would be nice to have different application forms. Here at Nido we would like to have a short version just for our summer camp. for example. Also, we don't ask the same questions to a child aged 18 Months and another one aged 5 years.

Include the year-long date for attendance
When I set a time constraint for report cards, their attendance should be for the entire year on that report. Not just for that term.

adding specific observations to conference report
we would like to make a conference report that has only specific info in specific areas;
ie Language: reading assessment, writing assessment, spelling
math: operations, word problems, algebra
and give it a rubrics and have this auto generated from lessons rather than manual input.3 votes -
Auto-enter scale when typing a few letters
In the Activity tab, when entering the scale for a lesson, just like the names and lessons drop down and automatically find the name/lesson you want after typing just a few letters, it would be great if that could be the case when entering the scale as well. Instead of entering "introduced" I could just enter "i" and then click enter. It would make entering the lesson quicker. Just an idea.

tagging a certain group
In the activity area we currently enter individuals at work. I am wondering if there could be a way to tag an entire group listed as the 3 year olds or the four year olds or five years olds.

Commenting on activity feed
It would be nice to be able to comment on posts made in the activity feed. This would be a way for the teacher and assistant to communicate about specific lessons, observations, etc.

When using the @allchildren option please add commas between each child's name.
I've noticed that when I use the @allchildren option, it lists the children but there are no commas. In order to make my sentence using each child's name grammatically correct (as teachers should do, of course!), I go back through and add commas manually... I'd love to save time and skip that step! Please add the commas when providing the list of children.

Add W, Th. F Day tab
When adding schedules to TC, its frustrating to have to make 3 separate entries for my students who have a 3 day a week schedule that is W-F rather than M-W. Can you add W-F to the "Days" drop down menu for attendance and late drop-off pick-up calibration, please?
Thank you :)

Send Invitation Again Button
When looking at the Parent Directory you can invite parents again individually, but it would be great to be able to select a group of parents and resend the invite all at once.

Prompt to add lesson
It would be helpful if when a teacher added a #InTheNameOfTheLessonThatWasNotCurrentlyAddedInTheLessonsTabThatTheyWouldGetAPromptToAddThatLessonAndTheyWouldBeAbleToSelectTheGroup. Ha ha. That's what happens when you use speech to text and say the word #.

Schedule tours and observations
It would be great if prospective parents can create an account and schedule a tour through TransparentClassroom. If we can embed a form on our website like we do with the admission application then we can keep better track of prospective families. We have so many people coming to tour and visit our School, including child visits and it would be easier to track everything in one place and convert them from a prospective parent to an enrolled even before the application is submitted.
1 voteThe applications process is quite different from school to school. Some schools do schedule observations using google forms. Here is an example at Lighthouse Montessori: http://www.lighthousemontessori.com/observation/

Entering Personal information / Creating Family members
When setting up the account you should set up the family members first... Names, Phones, addresses, etc. So that when we're completing forms about emergency contacts or pickup lists we could just click who we want and not have to enter the same personal contact information multiple times.

protecting privacy while sharing lessons presented
Create a way to share the lessons presented with parents without showing each parent all of the students who received the lesson.

Automatically add the date of pictures uploaded using photo data
Right now we have to go back to our photos archive on our server to get the date of a picture we've taken. It would be a great help if the pictures we upload were sorted by the date given by the photo.
Thanks!

CSV file Address Export
Hi! It would help us a lot if the CSV export of address field in the design forms could be separated into 3 or 4 different columns, rather than one. For example address 1, address 2, address 3, postcode.

View Lesson Reference Sheet by Guide instead of Classroom
One of our special teachers lists her lessons in transparent classroom. This will be helpful at conference time. They appear on my lesson reference sheet with my lessons. I find it confusing to see both sets of lessons. I wish that I could choose an option of "my lessons" or "all lessons" like I see when I go to the daily lesson plan screen. That way, I could choose "my lessons" so that I could only see the lessons that I taught.
Thank you,
Sister Jacinta Coscia, FSE
