I am head of school and would like the option to not be listed as the parent of my son in the directory.
I would like to not be listed as my son's mother in the parent directory. I am head of school, and I want to make sure that people feel free to speak about him if need be. I love my boy, but for professional reasons, feel this would be beneficial.

include the ability to organize photos into Photo Albums or Slide Shows
Our teachers like to send groups of weekly photos with captions to all our classroom families, as a way to communicate and educate our parent community. The ability to organize photos into albums and post them that way, rather than just individually (or even @allchildren) would be awesome!

Ability to L justify text, and compress column width, so the report is more compact and readable
If the skill in text is on the L, you can read the skill prior to seeing how your child is doing. Also if column width was smaller than the text would not wrap, creating one line of text and check boxes, This would reduce the report length by 30-50% and make it more readable and clean.

absentee form for parents to complete without it being assigned
Can we give access to parents for them to complete forms without it being assigned? . This is so parents can complete an absent form as a notice of further absences ie doc appointments, holidays etc. Currently our Directresses are manually sending the form out to parents at the end of the week if their child was away. I thought it would be easier if we helped parents to get in the habit of going to TC and completing this form themselves and then submitting it via the TC.

PreK common core
We are currently using the alignment of the Montessori curriculum to the Common Core standards. We would like to extend that to the preK standards as Universal PreK is growing we are needing to demonstrate how our program compares to national standards.

Manually Changing Proficiencies While Editing Conference Report
It would be great if we could change the level of proficiency while we're writing comments on the Conference Report! That way we wouldn't have to go back into Activity/Plan Progress, refresh data, regenerate, etc. if we find we've forgotten to update at any point.
Thanks!

Assessment Documentation Tab
I would like a separate tab in which to record assessment information, like the meetings tab...right now all the information is put into the activity area which makes that information difficult to locate. It would be nice to have this information handy to refer to.

Make Attendance Schedule Days radio buttons instead of list
When I change one day on a child's schedule i have to reenter all the days in a list. I would find it simpler if the schedule option I enter has a list of all days which I can select at once instead of repeating the entry for each day I choose.

Unique Lessons sets for Lower & Upper Elementary and Adolescents
It would be great if you had a lesson set for each different type of classroom - lower elementary, upper elementary and adolescents. This age span is too broad to include all in one lesson set. My lower elementary teacher has lessons that I as the Upper Elementary teacher do not need. etc.

Add a Gradebook
Our school is using Transparent Classroom now, and there are so many great features! It has made much of what we do so much easier. Our middle school uses traditional grading as we transition the students toward high schools. As such, we use a regular gradebook and the students and parents have access to it online. I can see how we could could customize Transparent Classroom options to do this, however, right now it is not possible for the parents to access this information about their child. It would be a great addition to have this as an optional feature…

Table of Contents
It would be helpful to have the Table of Contents for the various trainings, to aid guides from different trainings to orient themselves. For example, the Bergamo training has a completely different Table of Contents than WMI, etc. We have elementary guides with very different trainings and very different Table of Contents.

Add a hashtag for blindfolded work?
Could this be an additional hashtag when writing about lessons/work with the Sensorial area to show another level up?

requesting a lesson
It would be great to see and track students' lesson requests in a different way. That way, one can see and track student's ownership of their education.

Allow progress reports to continue to pull/update a record of student lessons even after the report has been generated.
This would allow teachers to begin writing report comments before the end of the year when students still have weeks of learning to report on.

allow parents to download all photos of their child on their activity page instead of one at a time
Parents often ask us if they can download all their child's photos in one group, instead of clicking on each one to download. It would be nice if they were able to do this.

add exact time to the date stamp to forms when they are submitted.
I am using forms to make a field trip permissions. In this form, I am asking for volunteer parent chaperones. I need to know who submits first in order to offer them the limited chaperone spots. I am sure there are many other uses for knowing exactly when (date and time) a user submits a form.

Less Loading on Attendance page
Sometimes, a pain point is the loading times within a category. In Attendance, when switching between classrooms, it loads a completely new webpage. Is it possible to include all available classrooms on the first load, and use javascript to hide/show the classrooms you aren't looking at? Things would flow much smoother for administration going between various classrooms (especially in cases where the internet is slow). Or would this cause problems for large schools with many classrooms?

Progress Report comments
Allow for report comments that import easily from one term to the next. For example; have a fall comment box, then a winter, then a spring, where by the end of the year the parent could read all the comments on the report easily. This would also allow for admin, especially district admin who do not know TC, to see written out comments alongside of progress through content.
