Lesson importing
I can export the lessons into an excel document, is there a way I can import the lessons the same way? I want to add all new lessons and I find it easier to navigate changing all of the fields in so many lessons in excel then clicking multiple times to enter data and texf

Include a lesson 'declined' feature
In record keeping of lessons, along with the options 'introduced', 'practiced', 'mastered', teachers would like the option of choosing 'declined'.

Map standards from lesson editor
Would it be possible to map a lesson to the standards from the lesson editor? This way, I wouldn't have to switch over to the Standards page to do the mapping when creating a new lesson.

make it possible to view attendance of more than one class at a time
The "children" tab has the option to view individual classrooms or "all classrooms". It would be helpful it this were also available in attendance.

Show Ages/Birthdates on Report for Lesson Plan
It would be enormously helpful if when teachers ran the Lesson Plan Reports for their classrooms, the report showed their Age and/or DOB alongside their name.

folders for pictures
so we can upload specific activity pictures but not mix them with the general classroom pictures (like art class pics separate from work cycle pictures)

Add daily’s to the app
It would be helpful to have daily’s on the app. I am a toddler teacher and it would be nice for the parents to download the app and there they would be able to see their child’s daily (potty, lunch, notes,ect).

That teachers be able to tab between different student's portfolios.
When teachers are preparing to generate progress reports it would be nice to tab quickly through the whole classes portfolios without going back to the children page and selecting a new child. I am suggesting an arrow that takes the user from one child's portfolio to the next child's portfolio in the class.

Add description of the curriculum area (i.e. Practical Life, Math) on conference report
Hi there,
I would lie to suggest that you add a feature that would give the description of the curriculum area (i.e. Practical Life, Math etc) directly after the curriculum header on the conference report. This would give parents easy access to the goals/aims of the curriculum and save a lot of time for teachers to have to explain it when the question comes up (which it does come up frequently). Customizable student tracking fields
It would be great to be able to create customized fields for students and parents based on the needs of the individual school. For example, tuition rates, schedule, etc.. Thank you!

Teacher Info
Currently we can track student data through forms and it works great. Using the same fields for staff we can track required (health, training dates, first aid cpr dates, membership numbers, etc) Along with tracking teacher attendance it would save countless admin hours and reduce the number of databases we must have.

Email Notification for Head of School, Teacher on Incident Report
We would like to add a feature to an Incident Report form where the form is sent to the Head of School and Head Teacher when it is submitted to the parent, and a notification is sent once the parent signs the form. Since it is already possible notify the parent, could we add a drop down where you select the Head of School and Head Teachers as additional recipients? I know you can have all forms notify the main account, but with Incident reports we need a more specific set of recipients.

Show siblings in student profile
I would like a way to show if a student has a sibling in the same school when you pull up their profile. The picture companies always ask for a roster showing what kiddos need to have their photo taken with a sibling. It would be nice to be able to pull this up in a report somehow.

Automatically remove lessons from the lesson box planning format when they are inputted in the activity section
I tend to use the lesson boxes for my lesson plans and then enter my lessons on the activity page. I do this because if I check the boxes from the lessons on the lesson page, it automatically inputs that the lesson was given that day and sometimes I'm recording lessons from previous days. Also, it transfers these lessons one by one, per student, so if I try to change the date, I will have to change for each individual child. So I like to input lessons as groups on the activity page. Integrate with Clever for Rostering and SSO
We use Clever to sync our SIS data with many of our applications. We would love for Transparent Classroom to partner with Clever so that there would be automatic nightly rostering and the availability of SSO for our teachers through the Clever portal. Because we are a public (charter) Montessori, we track most of our data in our Student Information System (SIS) for state reporting compliance and various features it contains. Doing manual updates to Transparent Classroom each time students are added or withdrawn throughout the year is prone to error and decreases timeliness. We would love to be guinea…

Invoicing parents
Ina n effort to have all our internal admin processes running from one system, we desperately need a way to invoice parents from Transparent classroom. Or perhaps a way a track view what parents have signed up for as well as school fees and have us as well as them track their outstanding balances with the parent app sending automated reminders.
