  9. In daily tracking for younger children, I would love a way to be able to change the time for an event for more than one child at a time. For example, if children begin napping at 12 but I don't enter it until 12:30, it would be so helpful to have a feature to change everyone's nap start times to 12. (Or to change snack times, etc.)

  10. Children at our school are generally enrolled in more than one classroom, and I'd like to be able to use the "Re-Enroll" feature on the [Classroom Placement] page to update their placement in future classrooms with just one click.

  11. When you record activity through the tick box on the lesson plan, it gives you the option to plan the next lesson or plan follow up. I love this feature! I'd like to be able to do this for activity that has already been recorded so if I forget or am not ready to set this at the time of recording, I can do this later from the activity page.

  13. We are a Montessori-inspired school. Many of the menu names in TC are too traditional for us, and I was wondering if we can change some to ours: we have Studios, not classrooms, core-skills, not lessons, badges, etc. It would be great if each menu title c!an be changed. Thanks

  14. I cannot believe that parents can only view a directory of only their child's classroom. Please create a toggle in Admin to allow parents to view the entire school directory. This is not a program intensive request.

  15. I'd like of a list of all the children's Emergency contacts and allergies together(just like the birthday list under chidlren). It is required by our Early Ed. Dept. for all schools to have them in hand. We compile our own every time we have children joining or leaving.

  16. Hi,
    I need to access to "program" field in regular form and parents be able to change it because it change the scolar fees.
    Between the application form and the regular form, we meet parents and child and we choose all together to choose fulltime or haltime for the time.

    I also need to be able to put the classroom information in the contract because it changes the scolar fees. Not to change it, but to put it write down on the contract.

  19. It would be nice if we can divide our meeting notes into paragraphs. Right now if I hit ‘enter’ the blurb I am writing gets posted. However, some meetings I have with parents are long and we discuss multiple items. It would be easier to visually divide up the meeting notes for easier re-examining of the notes in the future.
