    This would be so helpful. I like to use the lesson plan by day feature and to record that I've given the lesson from this view. My problem is also that the information disappears on Sunday; I believe; Often as I have very little time to do planning and recording during the day and am often doing other work at night; I do my record keeping on the weekend, but if I do this I often find that the lesson has already disappeared.

    I am also trying to figure out how to deal with the wealth of observations. I agree that some way to sort the observations by child and by subject area would make them much more useful when meeting with the parents and when writing progress reports. For now I am struggling to find again in a quick and easy way all the observations for one child whether it is for his work or for his social and emotional state.
