It would be helpful if you allowed users to refresh Conference Report template changes themselves instead of needing to email support to have your team refresh these for us. When we have to email you to make the change, then we have to wait for a reply and wait for the refresh to happen just to see if the new change fixes the problem. This process is lengthy and can be shorted by allowing administrators to refresh templates once a template change has been made.
