A 'reintroduced' feature
I would love to be able to record when a lesson is reintroduced and to be able to see the dates of the original and the reintroduced lesson. This would be great for children who may need a lot of review, or even groups of children who are seeing a lesson for a second time as an older child (common in elementary).
I know administrators can change flag labels across the school (this could be simpler modification), but my school is primarily 0-6, where this type of label is not wanted as an option for the whole school.

Hi Libby, et al.,
Each observation you make is date stamped, regardless of whether that observation is made from the activity page or the progress and plan page. You can also mark a child introduced (or other scales) multiple times and it will record the date for each one. If you right click on a square on the progress and plan page for a child with a particular lesson and select the ellipsis (...), you will see a popup with all the observations that have been recorded for that child with that lesson. If you look to the bottom left of each comment you will see when it was entered and by whom. As always, feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this.

The "reintroduced" level in a lesson set along with the Proficiency Over Time report might serve the need?

Hi Libby, your school can actually change the labels for each level separately. An admin at your school could easily add a re-introduction option by going to Admin > Lesson Sets > Next to your lesson set, clicking "Settings" > Check the box marked "Customize Proficiency Scales". You can email us at info@transparentclassroom.com if you try that and have any questions.
