Buttons in Attendance notes to automatically fill the notes section with pre-set notes. We send notes to families like "We received your message that your child will not be attending school today due to illness.... " We usually copy and paste these notes in. Having a button where we could preset these notes would save going to a different document to copy and paste the notes.
