Functionality of Classroom Placement for Future Sesssions
The Classroom Placement page is not useful as you have it currently set up. When I pull up the 2020-21 school year, all the children enrolled in that session should show up. Instead, only returning students are showing up. This means that in order to move children around from one class to another as we try to figure out placements, we have to go into the Children list, open each individual child and edit. Then go back to the Children list and do the same thing for each additional child. Then to see how those changes impact the classes, we have to return to the Classroom Placement page and switch the session. This is incredibly time intensive and frustrating to work with. Please adjust your settings so that all enrolled children for a session show up on the Classroom Placement page. Your staff told me that I can change their start date to make them show up, but then their record is wrong AND we have to start paying for them when they're not actually active. This is not an acceptable solution.
