Allow parents to update emergency contact information and custom field info (like approved adults who can pick them up) from their (or their child's) profile page

It would be really helpful if parents could update their authorized pick up persons and emergency contacts through their child's profile rather than having to email us because the form has already been submitted.

This needs to be accompanied by a notification to school administration of any changes made by the parents.
