add a print/ download/ save to pdf button for parents for conference reports
Once we've published conference reports online, it is not easy for parents to get a copy (specifically we can't give them instructions to do this since every browser would do it differently). It would be great to have a print or download or save button to make this easier for parents

Having a download or print button for parents to download or print conference reports. Many parents request PDF copies of conference reports and it would be easier if they could manage it themselves

It would be INCREDIBLY helpful if the forms we have in the Conference Reports section were made downloadable in PDF form. Right now we have to do it for them and it gets to be a lot when we are putting together transcripts for graduating students and students applying to other schools.

Agreed this would be great! I've currently included some instructions in the parent notification email but I know it's not always read.
