Bulk Remove or Archive Unneeded Forms
Every student has countless forms, requested, submitted, and approved. We only need a small subset, just want to keep the most recent, approved forms. We would prefer to not delete each form individually. How should we proceed?
Alternatively, could there be a way to archive past forms?

Archive and sorting forms -- when a student has been with us for several years, there are a lot of old outdated forms. We'd like to be able to archive old forms (from previous school years) and with the remaining forms, for them to sort with the most recent forms at the top of the list.
