Incident Reports - Director Approval prior to Parents
After a teacher completes the Accident/Incident/Illness form and electronically signs it, submit to director/Head of School for review and signature before sending to parents.

Since the school fills them out and sends them completed to parents, they would be created under "conference reports" can this heading change to "reports" since it is where all forms that are generated from the school and sent to parents are.
