As a primary guide I plan not only for individual children, but for general groups that I can do at any time, with any children. And I would like a record of when and what I do in these groups, but I don't want to track this in relation to the individual children that may join my groups. During the last year of beginning to use TC I have printed out my lesson plans and then just added this group information by hand. However I've been transitioning to only using the iPad. Somehow I think it would be possible for a "group" section to be added where I can track the Grace and Courtesy lessons I do, songs we sing, language games, etc. without having to assign them to each individual child. I would like it to show up with the lesson plan so I can check off each time I do each activity, and then also be able to view a page for the groups where I can enter in particular stories, books etc. and also see a running list of dates/times of the activities presented. I know this poses some challenges because not all of these activities are things we would necessarily add as lessons. It could almost work to add a child to the classroom named "groups".
