  1. On the announcement option, it would be nice to include features such the ability to bold, underline, or italicize your information. Having a bullet point option and sizing option would also allow the announcements to look more formal. Being able to link something to a word rather than having to input a super long web address would be great as well.

  2. A feature for parents to request a meeting with a teacher. The parent should choose from preset date/time options set by teacher. There should be a connected feature for meeting meets accessible for parents, teacher and admin. The meeting notes should be compiled into a folder organized by date for reference.

  4. Add an extra "Arrival" of "Check-in" Time to the Distance Dropoff feature. Distance dropoff is fantastic for allowing parents to conduct COVID screening and share notes with classroom prior to leaving home; however, we need to record the actual drop-off time when the child arrives and we verify the screening.

  5. Attendance reporting with totals by classroom and whole school. I would love to quickly export a report about how many kids were in school by each day. Currently, I have to go day by day and manually export that data.

  8. In the era of COVID-19, we are required to ask certain questions and take temperatures of children before in-person teaching. Is there a way that a simple, bulleted checklist of questions and the temperature check (from Daily Tracking) can be incorporated together with the Parent Sign-in or something similar so that faculty/staff can quickly and efficiently ask the questions and take the temperatures of children in the morning during carpool?

  9. In daily tracking for younger children, I would love a way to be able to change the time for an event for more than one child at a time. For example, if children begin napping at 12 but I don't enter it until 12:30, it would be so helpful to have a feature to change everyone's nap start times to 12. (Or to change snack times, etc.)

  11. It would be so very helpful to have a "Save" button at the top of a student's Conference Report page. Or possibly a "floating" Save button, one that travels as the page scrolls up and down. It would save a lot of scrolling time and energy to be able to hit "Save" at the top of the page if you were just working on an edit closer to the top of the Progress Report.

    I have few feature suggestions that would really help our teachers and the reports we generate for record keeping purposes.

    1. The option for Teacher comments to become the primary comment/caption of the photos when conference reports are generated.
    2. For Parents to be able to edit their own comment without having to re upload the photo.
      OR
    3. A feature added where the school has the option to have the parent complete specific fields for the comment. Example: Subject:_____________ Learning Period:____________

  14. Is it possible to have the same features for posting announcements as creating pages? (Ex. Bold, Italics, Underline, Creating Tables, etc.) We've been opting to email parents instead of using the posting feature a lot of the time because we are unable to do the above features.

  15. When viewing a conference report; It would come in handy to be able to view every child from "all classrooms" in alphabetical order (by last name) with just a click of an arrow. This would allow easy navigation for report creation. Also, if we could export these reports in spreadsheet format, that would be a life saver.

  17. When a parent sees activity would it be possible to differentiate the names of the children from the lesson/activity? It doesn't seem obvious to new users that there are clickable activities they can learn about. They just see a whole list of student names.

    1. To be able to customize the "Application State" field to reflect our existing process.
    2. To attach links to other forms - classroom visit observation form, previous school reference check.
