Adding levels of access for specialty educators
Specialty Educators - We have our specialty educators who will need access to almost all students (as they visit the various classrooms throughout the week) but in a limited manner possibly. It would be great to have a way for specialty educators (art, science, language etc.) to be able to add updates to a child's portfolio etc. but not be able to accidentally change anythign in the child's MAIN classroom by their lead educators.

internet connection
After typing description for photos, if there is no internet connection, all the words would disappear after fixing the internet connection. It was wasting teachers' name. Will you be able to fix that problem?

video uploads and tagging in app
Two requests -
1. I'd love to be able to add videos a little more easily (i.e. without having to go through YouTube first) - it would be great to be able to share videos of the children working, as well as videos of read-alouds for children to watch at home.
2. It would be AMAZING if the app would allow for tagging photos in app, instead of only being able to upload and then having to go to a computer to tag the photos.

track part time attendance
We have children attending school on a partial week schedule. Is it possible to build in the schedule so the attendance report won't count the days they are not scheduled to attend school as absent? Thank you!

Tag group or all children without absent children
We can tag all children or group. But if some children are absent, they also are tagged. We would like to have an opportunity to tag group or children without absent children. Otherwise we need to delete absent children by ourselves.

There are no master choices for some of the progress report sections, such as silent game and constructive triangles. Could you please add that options . Thanks!

Printable version of weekly lessons given for assistant reference
Is there an area for lessons presented to children, weekly, that I could print out for my assistant to refer to for children seeking work?
Currently I am having to highlight, copy and print lessons given for this.

Email notifications to multiple different emails
It would be wonderful to be able to designate different email addresses that can be set up to receive different kinds of notification emails from Transparent Classroom. This would be very meaningful for us. Thank you!

Announcements added to parent app
Parents should have the capability to see announcements from their mobile app. They should also be able to get a notification via their smart phone that something has been posted. ie pictures, observations, announcements etc.

Download Pictures by School Year
Would you be able to offer the option of downloading pictures by school year, rather than calendar year? Or could you offer the option of downloading pictures by narrowing the dates that are wanted?

Add a Save button at the top of the student's profile.
It would be extremely helpful to have a second "Save" button available at the top of a student's profile (possibly next to the "Edit" and "Publish" buttons?). There are many times when just a quick edit is necessary, and scrolling all the way to the bottom to hit save just adds to the time.
