  2. Hello! We are using forms for things like incident/accident reports for parents. Currently the adult fills it out and send it directly to parents, w/o a signature from the admin. or lead teacher. This means that no one outside the adult that wrote the report knows what happened. Is there a way for approval to be given to admin or lead teacher before it gets sent to the parents? Thanks for letting me ask

  3. It would be helpful to be able to plan the same lesson on the same day for different groups of children. Right now, if you try to plan the same lesson for two different groups on the same day, the groups will automatically merge. This makes planning differentiated lessons challenging.

  4. Hi! When someone plans a lesson on the plan and progress page, it would be great if we could have a way of knowing who has planned the lesson on which date.

    For example: This lesson was planned by XYZ on ABC date.

  5. Maybe at the bottom of the Progress Report there could be a total number of I, P (Needs More), & M inserted. That way at a glance anyone could get an idea of the total number in each category associated with the child.

  6. I would love to see some more detailed reports on how much activity by an employee or classroom was completed in certain TC categories, such as; concentration, direct parent communication, concepts introduced, practiced, & mastered, etc.

Create form folders - each year produces a packet of forms for each child, and so for children who have been at the school for more than one year, their form list is very long and it's hard to find what you need. It would be great to be able to create form folders for storage (and which admin could label by year, by topic, etc.).

  11. Could the word 'medical" be added to the allergies? ie; medical/allergies

  12. I would like to have the option to adjust the format or font size of the progress report. Currently, it takes up several pages (more than I feel is necessary) and it's mostly due to the spacing and font size.

  13. Add a comment box by daily tracking- Meals so we can make either a general comment on what they ate for their main meal, as well a comment box under each child’s name to express how well/poor they ate.

  16. Ontario, Canada's Child Care and Early Years Act recently updated their regulations to include the need for a Safe Arrival System. I.E.: a parent needs to be contacted in the morning if a child does not arrive to school. We need an automated process or a somewhat automated process to accommodate this government regulation. A parent receiving a text or an e-mail if their child was not signed in by a specific time would be ideal. I hope this feature can be created for Transparent Classroom. Thank you.
